How do I cancel my order?

If you made a purchase from TeLePlus and would like to cancel your order, it is best to reach out to your sales rep to let them know. Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipping.

Can I track my order?

If you have placed the order from the general European list, that means you can find the cargo tracking number on your invoice 2 days later. An invoice will be sent to you again. There is your tracking number on the invoice.

If you have made the order from any of our warehouses in Europe, you can find the cargo tracking number sent back to you on the invoice 1 day later.

How do I pay for my order?

If you ordered from Europe you can make a Bank transfer to our European bank accounts.

If you have made the order from America, the Americas and Africa, you can pay to our bank in America.

If you made the order outside of Europe, America and Africa, you can pay to our Hong Kong bank account.

We do not accept money transfers from banned countries of America. 

How does shipping work?

Shipping details will be verified when your order is placed.

When you create order you will see on checkout cargo options

If you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse, you can coordinate pickup details with your sales representative when placing your order. 

After we provide you with the Tracking number, we are not responsible box lost or damaged,

If you have insured your cargo, this money will be claim by the insurance.

 

Do you sell outside of the EU?

All of our sales are international. We have stocks in certain locations. We can address the whole world.

We usually ship all orders from Dubai from Hong Kong. 

We can ship union location ON HOLD 10% in advance 90% after inspection.

For our sales in the USA, we work with Pilot Logistics in Miami, USA, we can ship it there ON HOLD 10% in Advance 90% after inspection

For our UK orders, we know the company we work with Maina Group of Companies can ship there ON HOLD 10% in advance 90% after inspection
